The Cave 1:1 Program:
From Unconscious Patterns to Embodied Wisdom
Looking To Go Beyond Traditional Talk Therapy?
The Cave is a 3-month 1:1 program of psychological and somatic integration, where we facilitate dialogue with the unconscious and begin the alchemical process of transforming the ‘shadow’ into embodied wisdom.
Drawing from Psychological Astrology, Parts Work (IFS), Somatic Enquiry, and the optional use of Innerdance, this process supports you in breaking free from inherited patterns, internalized shame, and survival strategies that keep you stuck in reactive cycles that no longer serve who you’re becoming.
Rather than focusing only on insight or analysis, this work centers the body as the site of integration. The body holds the unconscious—ancestral wounds, systemic imprints, and stories that inform our lived experiences. Through my grounding presence and structured support, we begin to create safety in the nervous system, teaching the body how to move through what once felt threatening or overwhelming, finally allowing long-held patterns to loosen and shift.
As you witness the unconscious stories and dynamics between your various Parts within your Internal System at play, you’ll also learn to relate to them differently with curiosity, compassion, and choice. This is how transformation happens— through an embodied awareness, and by deepening our relationship with the body as a source of personal truth.

The Cave 1:1 Program Roadmap
1. Psychological Astrology Natal Chart Assessment
We begin with your natal chart as a gateway into the architecture of your unconscious. This builds understanding over the core wounds, defenses, and archetypal patterns shaping your inner world, and how they are projected onto the external.
2. Decoding Your Protective Patterns
We uncover the Parts of you that have taken on protective roles—managing, hiding, perfecting, or numbing—as a way to keep you safe. Through Parts Work and somatic tracking, you’ll learn to recognize these patterns with compassion, understand the trauma beneath them, and create space for new responses to emerge.
4. Stepping into Your Purpose Patterns
Your past experiences are not random—they hold clues to what you’re here to embody. In this module, we trace the threads of your personal myth—how pain, resilience, and longing have formed a deeper throughline. You’ll begin to articulate your unique “purpose patterns,” not as something to chase, but something you’ve always had.
3.Rewriting the Narrative: Belief, Identity, and the Body
In this phase, we challenge the binary lens—good/bad, strong/weak, success/failure—and introduce the nuance required to hold paradox.
As your capacity to hold complexity grows, new possibilities emerge—not from force, but from a more regulated, integrated way of being.
5. Collapsing Time: Somatic Integration of Past and Future
Through guided practices—breath, visualization, and body-based processing—you’ll meet the frozen layers of the past still held in your nervous system. These sessions support you to metabolize stored emotion, rewrite old memories, and begin embodying the future self.
6. Mapping the Internal System
We close by mapping your internal system: the Parts you’ve met, the roles they play, and how they express in balance or in stress. This is where integration deepens—where you learn to lead from Self-energy, relate to your Parts with ongoing care, and move through life with clarity, presence, and wholeness.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Alignment Call for?
The Alignment Call is a free 30-minute space for us to connect before you commit. It’s not a sales pitch. It’s a space to feel into whether this work—and this container—is aligned with where you are and what you’re seeking. You can ask questions, share what’s alive for you, and get a felt sense of what it’s like to be held in this way.
What’s the difference between this and traditional talk therapy?
While talk therapy often stays in the realm of insight and cognition, The Cave integrates somatic enquiry, Parts Work, and archetypal frameworks to support change at the level of body and psyche. This is not just about understanding your patterns—it’s about transforming your relationship with them through felt experience, nervous system regulation, and the integration of unconscious material.
What’s the investment for this program?
The investment for The Cave ranges from $1,950 to $2,400 SGD, depending on the level of support you choose.
Flexible installment plans are available, and I’m open to discussing reduced rates for students or those with limited income—because I believe that depth work should be accessible, not exclusive.
If you feel called to this work but are unsure about affordability, let’s have a conversation during the Alignment Call to explore what’s possible.
Do you see clients face-to-face or in person?
Sessions are primarily held online via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in the world. If you’re based in Singapore, occasional in-person sessions may be available depending on scheduling and capacity.
A Zoom Recording of our session will be sent over to you within 3 days.
Do you guarantee results?
No—and that’s intentional. True transformation isn’t something that can be promised or packaged. What The Cave offers is a deeply held space, a co-creative process, and tools and practices that support psychological and somatic integration.
But the work is ultimately yours. Your readiness, willingness to feel, and engagement with the process shape the outcome. What we can guarantee is a commitment to holding you with respect, clarity, and depth every step of the way.
What kind of support is included between sessions?
You’ll have access to WhatsApp support between sessions for ongoing reflection, integration check-ins, or if something arises that feels important to voice. This helps the work stay alive between our meetings while honoring your pace and capacity.
What if something difficult comes up in a session?
This container is designed to hold depth, complexity, and discomfort—with attunement and care. You’ll never be pushed past your window of tolerance. Our aim is to build safety, capacity, and self-trust, not to re-traumatize. We move at the speed your system can integrate.
What if I don’t know my birth time or I’m new to astrology?
That’s okay. While Psychological Astrology is one lens we work with, it’s not a requirement for transformation. If your birth time is unavailable, we can still explore your core patterns through Parts Work, somatic inquiry, and symbolic mapping.
Is Innerdance a required part of the process?
No. Innerdance is an optional, sound-based modality that can support subconscious release and deeper somatic integration. We’ll discuss if and when it feels like the right tool for your process—nothing will ever be forced or prescribed.
