About The Cave Collective
The Cave Collective is a space for deep psychological and somatic integration. We aim to support those ready to turn inward—toward their shadows, patterns, and unconscious material—not to fix themselves, but to remember who they are beneath the conditioning, survival strategies, and inherited pain.
Our mission is to provide a grounded, compassionate container for healing that honors both the wisdom of the body and the depth of the psyche. Through integrative practices rooted in depth psychology, somatics, and symbolic systems, we guide people back to self-trust, inner authority, and a clearer sense of the unique gifts that have always been meant to flower through them.
The name The Cave Collective was inspired by Plato’s Allegory of the Cave—a story about waking up from illusion, confronting the discomfort of truth, and choosing to return to the dark to guide others toward their own light.
For us, the cave is not a place of exile—it’s a sacred threshold. A place where you meet the parts of yourself you’ve hidden or denied, and where the unconscious can finally be seen, felt, and integrated. This is where real change begins—not by striving for the light, but by learning to accept the dark.

Jeremy's Story
My work is a fusion of depth psychology, archetypal frameworks, and body-based practices—tools that have shaped me not just professionally, but personally.
For years, I sought validation outside of myself—compensating for the absence of a father figure by either chasing approval or trying to prove I was the authority. Astrology gave me a language for my inner world. Parts Work helped me build relationships with the aspects of myself I had disowned. And over time, I began to understand that healing wasn’t about becoming someone else—it was about remembering who I already was, and reclaiming trust in my own inner authority.
I see the world through symbols and patterns. I believe projections are invitations to take ownership of what we’ve exiled. Every pattern is a doorway—follow the threads and it always lead us back into truth.
Each of us carries a unique fractal—a patterning from which our behaviors, beliefs, and responses emerge. When we learn to follow these threads, we uncover the deeper intelligence that dwells within us. Every pattern holds both a lower and higher expression—and the work is not to erase them, but to reclaim the version that serves our becoming. This is the essence of the work I guide others through: attuning to the wisdom encoded within their body and psyche, so that what once felt like pain or limitation can become clarity and choice.
There’s a Part of me I often return to in my own inner work—a wise old man, a Sage who lives up in a Cave. He isn’t here to rescue or direct, but to witness, initiate, and guide those who are ready to confront their own shadows. It’s where the truth lives. And when you can sit with that truth—you will remember what it means to be Whole.
Ming Min's Story
There was a time when I saw my body as a machine—something to push, endure, and meet life’s demands. I wore productivity like armour, believing that if I stopped carrying all the responsibilities, things would fall apart.
Even as my body cried to be seen—through burnout and relentless eczema flares—I didn’t know how to listen. I blamed her.
Doctors kept upping the steroids, but the medicine stopped working.
Then yoga found me, not as a series of postures, but as a practice of presence – to honour my body instead of overriding her. Yoga invited me to be in conversation with my body. When my shoulders tightened, I asked: What am I carrying that’s not mine? When my breath grew shallow, I asked: What am I bracing against?
Something sacred happens when we stop running.
I found softness in places that had long been clenched. My body isn’t a problem to fix—but a teacher, friend and source of truth.
Today, I teach from a place of listening and devotion. Yoga is a practice of returning — to your body, rhythm, and truth. Rooted in my own journey and training in Himalayan Kriya, Vinyasa, Yin yoga, somatic work, and myofascial release, I’m dedicated to creating inclusive spaces that invite you to inquire, feel, and reconnect with your body’s wisdom.
If you’ve ever felt like you had to earn your rest, hide your pain, or prove your worth —I see you. Come as you are. Your body is welcome here. Your story is sacred.
Together, We Are The Cave Collective
Our Shared Story
We come from different paths—but share a devotion to what lies beneath the surface.
In our own ways, we’ve each journeyed through rupture, resistance, and remembering. We’ve met the body not as a problem, but as a portal. The psyche not as something to fix, but as a map of meaning, myth, and memory.
Jeremy works at the intersection of Parts Work, psychological astrology, and shadow integration—supporting people to trace their patterns back to the unconscious origins and reclaim the exiled parts of their psyche.
Ming Min offers somatic practices rooted in yoga, breath, and myofascial release—inviting people back into the wisdom of their bodies, one breath, one moment at a time.
Together, we integrate top-down and bottom-up approaches—where insight doesn’t just live in the mind, but moves through the body… and healing doesn’t stop at awareness, but becomes embodied change.
The Cave Collective is held together by our shared intention to offer:
A space for those ready to turn inward.
A place to meet what’s been hidden.
A chance to sit with discomfort, without collapse.
An opportunity to let the body remember.
A doorway for the soul to speak.
A return to the truth that was never lost—only forgotten.
This is the work of return.
To your body. To your truth. To your Self.
Testimonials
“For some time I’ve been wanting to work on some of my deepest wounds/fears, in order to change the beliefs and conditioning I’ve experienced most of my life. As I have a tendency to repress my deepest emotions, this program with Jeremy highlighted the importance of such inner work — that you can only truly break free from them by leaning into the pain and letting the light in. During one session I found that I’ve been viewing my wounds as “flaws”, and there was an inherent need to fix and heal myself. Instead of falling into usual patterns of being overly critical, feeling inadequate or comparing myself to others, Jem has guided me on how that programming can be changed, along with self compassion, self love and learning to accept myself for who I am. I’m glad to have gone through this process of learning and unlearning with Jem, whom I could trust, and whom allowed me to show up as I am, as my most authentic self. Reclaiming my power and breaking free from ingrained patterns has been an incredible and empowering journey, and I hope for everyone to experience the same as well.”

“I’m so so glad I decided to work with Jeremy because I was feeling stuck on “being myself” around new people. It took me quite some time to warm up around new people. Jeremy was able to use my natal chart to uncover insights about me and about the problems I was facing. From sessions 2 – 6, Jeremy used his workbook to go through the sessions: All his prompts and questions made me look deeper into myself and into the past. I was able to have my mindset shift FASTER than I thought (at session 2 or 3) It was the sudden realization + Jeremy’s prompting made me realise that my past childhood memory caused me to shut down in fear whenever I talk to people of authority. I feel so much lighter with me knowing that I can have meaningful conversations and connect with people at ease. I can go and live my purpose and stop living in fear. I was also equipped with techniques on how to reframe my thoughts if I need to, so honestly, I feel so empowered to go and work on the future I truly desire.”

“Jem’s niche truly lies in trauma work. My first session with him occurred at a time when I was exploring other forms of therapy outside of talk therapy. Ultimately, my consultation with Jem felt like a thread that fit into the larger tapestry of self-work I’d started. I even formulated a very specific question, “What is my relationship with pressure?”, and Jem was able to excavate repressed connections that stretched back to my upbringing. Although the session was only an hour long, it felt longer due to the sheer amount of information packed into it. Yet, I never felt overwhelmed at any point. Jem is careful to mediate and pitch what he says to the client’s level.”

“In reading my birth chart, Jeremy was able to help me delve into my psyche, a level which I possibly couldn’t do it myself. By linking the different areas of my birth chart to the patterns I experience in real life, I could see for the first time how my shadow side plays out from a third person point of view. It isn’t angels and butterflies but understanding how my darker self expresses itself helps me understand the nuances that lie within myself, my wounds, and by extension is a step closer to wanting to embrace myself.”
