This 1:1 Innerdance session uses a uniquely composed soundscape designed to entrain brainwave states into the REM phase — the realm of conscious dreaming.
As you surrender to the multi-dimensional sounds and frequencies, you will be guided into an inner dream journey through your Psyche, making contact with the unconscious stories, emotional imprints, and archetypal material held within.
The session is first and foremost experiential, offering your body a safe space to access, express, and process what lies beneath conscious awareness.
Once awake, we enter an interpretive space — where you’ll be supported in navigating the emotional undercurrents, symbolic imagery, and insights that surfaced during your dream journey.
This integrated approach helps bring unconscious material into awareness, dissolving the Ego’s attachment to long-held patterns rooted deep within, while offering a paradigm shift towards deeper self-understanding and personal transformation.

What To Expect From a 1:1 Innerdance And Dream Interpretation Session
1. Intention Setting & Creating Safety in the Body (30 mins)
We begin with a somatic check-in – allowing you to be present with any tension in the body, as we gradually work towards cultivating a state of trust, safety and surrender.
2. Innerdance Sound Journey (45–60 mins)
You’ll lie down in a safe, quiet space as a curated soundscape guides your brainwaves into dream-like states. This is where your subconscious opens—visions, memories, and sensations may arise. You’re not trying to “figure anything out,” but rather surrender into what unfolds.
3. Post-Journey Integration & Dream Dialogue (30 mins)
Once the journey ends, we slowly return to awareness. We’ll explore what came up—emotionally, visually, or energetically. I’ll guide you through a gentle interpretation process rooted in Jungian and archetypal frameworks, helping you relate to what you encountered symbolically and somatically.
4. Optional Follow-Up Reflection
After the session, you’ll receive journaling prompts or optional reflection practices to deepen your integration. You may continue to dream or notice shifts in your emotional or relational patterns in the days that follow.

Where Do The 1:1 Sessions take place?
Sessions are held in a private, comfortable studio space. The location will only be confirmed and booked upon payment confirmation. The studio rental is already included in the session fee — there are no additional hidden costs.
Do I Need To Bring A Dream To The Session?
Not necessarily. While we can work with a recent or recurring dream, we can also explore themes that show up during the innerdance journey.
Why Do Our Bodies Move, Shake or Twitch During The Innerdance segment?
The trembling, shaking, and other spontaneous movements that you might experience during an Innerdance session are your body’s natural way of releasing stored tension, trauma, and energy.
Just like how animals instinctively shake off stress after a dangerous encounter, your body also knows how to release built-up energy through these movements. However, we have been so conditioned to suppress these natural responses due to societal or cultural norms. This leads to energy being stuck in the nervous system which has no outlet to find completion or expression.
During Innerdance, as you enter a deeply relaxed state, your body is given the space and permission to express these long-held impulses, facilitating deep healing and emotional release. These twitches and shaking might occur, as a response to your bodies’ innate intelligence being activated to restore balance and homeostasis.
Is There Anything I Need to Prepare for Before a Session?
Come in comfortable clothing. A yoga mat and bolster will be provided. You may want to bring a journal to capture insights after the session. We recommend having a light meal beforehand and avoiding stimulants like caffeine if possible.
Do You Do Sessions Online?
Yes, Innerdance sessions can be facilitated online — especially for those living overseas or who find it difficult to attend in person.

A stable internet connection
A pair of good-quality headphones or earphones (preferably over-ear)
A device with a working camera angled to show your body (laptop or external camera preferred)
A quiet, undisturbed space where you can lie down and move freely
